Tilt Table Test

Hi there
I have been having problems with my head for the last year where I stand up from a siting postion and my head starts throbbing like if its going to explode and start having effects from this like a numb hand, so im having this tilt table test but still not sure what this test is ment to reveal can someone explane this in simple terms for me also if it does reveal y my head feels like this every time I stand up what can they do to help this get better thankx.
