curing my high blood pressure

My blood pressure was sky high. 170/115 usually. So of course the Dr. put me on medicines immediately. After trying three of them I suffered irregular heartbeats, shortness of breath and panic attacks from these prescription meds.

I didn't know what to do.

I stopped drinking all carbonated soft drinks with sodium and began taking four wild garlic caplets a day. along with that flax seed oil and boyage oil with my other supplements.

My blood pressure has been 110/65 or so for four months.

I am on no meds. I am overweight but have not lost a considerable amount of weight during this time although I did begin walking and amtrying. I'm certain it was the garlic and getting that excess sodium out of my system.

Hope this helps someone else. I"m thrilled.
