bp 114/62 pulse 114 at rest

any ideas on why the bp is low/normal and the pulse is high? beat is irregular and I have issues with blackouts and laboured breathing at times when the pulse shoots up in the 180's. have never checked the bp during those spells. turn a very festive purple/maroon color in the face and neck which suggests a lack of oxygen but i honestly have no clue and not enough pennies for a proffesional opinion. wouldnt concern myself too much with it but its happened while driving before. anyway, any ideas, info or links you could provide would be appreciated.
