white spots scrotum

I have had no sexual activity previous to the appearance of the white spots on my scrotum. I don't know how I got it. It just appeared one day. The white spots look like molds or yeasts. When washed with bath soap, the white spots disappear. Later on the white spots return. If you rub the white spots it flakes off but they look like mild open sores. Sometimes it is itchy. Can someone pls recommend a cure. I badly need your help. Thanks

I have the same white spots, but they dont flake. I dont think its any thing

It sounds like it might be a fungus. Get it checked out because things like that tend to spread.
