Embarassing Question - Anyone else have a strange underarm odor before your cycle?

I no this sounds weird, but ever since last August when all these "things" started happening to me that I know are peri and related to my hormone imbalance, I have had this bad odor under my arms. I don't have it every month, but I started my cycle yesterday and the odor is back! Any of you had this, and if so do you know why we have it?

Yes, I have noticed it too on myself. My sister gets it too but she also gets it between the legs. Sometimes I notice that there too.

I have read that you develope a body odor at puberty. You think it has to do with changing hormones?

I didn't develop mine at puberty. I developed it at perimenopause, lol and that's the truth. Yes, hormones will definitely do this.

This was one of the first symptoms I noticed last year. I have not had it in several months. It is weird how different things related to peri come and go. Hope you are feeling better!
