thgyroid and perimenopause

Can having thyroid disease cause you to go through perimenopause earlier than normal? I had grave's disease treated with RAI about 4 years ago.

Yes and if you had graves disease 4 years ago, then here's your answer to you anxiety/panic. Is your thyroid functioning at all?
