I noticed you posted the 66 symptoms of perimenopause and 25 psycological symptoms. Did this list come from a book you have? Just curious the list is unbelievable. I never realized there were so many. Thanks for posting them.

the list came from a nurse who practices alternative medicine. She also does all the saliva tests, etc. she is totally into perimenopause and menopause.
