Anyone taking HRT and if so how did it work for you?

Is nobody doing hormone replacement therapy? I just started yesterday and am curious of results.

I am using the peri-zappers described in Ann Louise Gittleman's book, Before the Change. They've REALLY helped corral my symptoms.
