This afternoon I ate a bowl of raw broccoli with dressing. Shortly after eating it I began to get a burning sensation in my throat, pains in my chest and an ache in the middle of my back. I took a Pepcid Complete and felt better after a short while. I still have a little discomfort in the middle of my back and feel like I have somewhat of a lump in my throat. Is that Gerd?
I had an upper GI a couple years ago and it said I had mild Gerd. But I've never really had any problems or symptoms with it.
