Ok I feel a tiny bit better after venting, but not really.. I just tried the magnesium supplements and Ive been off Protonix for 3 days now. I felt real good yesterday, but today was a disaster. I had wicked heartburn after eating grilled chicken today. I ended up reaching for the Maalox, which eased my tummy a bit but an hour later it started a run of diarrhea for about 5 hours Now I have headaches and dizziness which I havent had in a week. will this sh** ever end???
