ankle pain and give way

i am a 38 w m in 1995 i had a compound (open)wound facture now i been to see doctors sence 1 5 2004 for a my right ankle when i walk with all my body on my ankle i get a schocking pain or a popping pain or just fall down for no reason and they tell me that nutting or i spran it i try to walk as muck as i can some time my foot turn red and some time it turn a littel black don't know what worng and all they want to give me is for stuff swelling i don't any more any app. sleep 1 day and up 4 to 5 days before i passout again and the dr . gave me amitriptyline and
stuff for depesson sad to make me sleep but it make tense so i stop take it.
well i seen a dr. 9 27 04 and they make me mad i got osteoarthritis and then they sad i can't get any help becase i don't have a job i can't get any help i herd them call me crazy and stupid and was told by a dr to hit the street to any thing i need dr around here realy suck any help pleas? don't know what to doo
