emotional

i know this is a really stupid question, but had to ask....these last few days i've been close to tears over darn near everything...it's not near my period, i'm not overly tired, and i'm not overly stressed? so what is it? anyone have any ideas why i could be crying so much?

Re: emotional

Birth control? Any changes in that?

Sometimes You just need a good cry. And it doesn't have to be over anything in particular.

First. ask yourself if you are taking any meds, in any diff. dosage, or at any irregular times.

I think you are pretty normal though....crying happens. Unless it is interferring with your daily life, then I would consult your doc.

Re: emotional

Have your sugar levels checked......you could be low - if my husbands sugar drops too much (he's reactive hypoglycemic) he will get emotional and have crying spells over nothing! Are you eating right....if you can't get your blood checked right now, try eating something every 2 or 3 hours, crackers, cheese, peanut butter - banana's, balanced meals, plus the snacks and see if that helps any. If it does, then it's your sugar levels.
