Spreading rash, and im getting worried

Howdy
Im 16 years old, and do sport 4 times a week and im not overweight or anything.
I've had excema as a child, usually small patches on my arms or around my mouth, but recently ive developed a rash on my back, shoulders, and stomach, consisting of dozens of patches, some raised, some flat, some about the size of a little fingernail. They arent itchy, none of them are fluid or pus filled, and theyre spreading down my thighs, and under my arms. Im getting quite worried, and i was thinking i might have meningitis as i had a sore neck about a week ago...if anyone could please help me, as to determine what it is, and whether i should go and see a doctor urgently, message, or email me as soon as possible

Could be pityriasis. Did it start as a spot on the stomach and then other spots started to appear? Does it have the appearance of ringworm? (raised around the edges, flat in middle) - Pityriasis is not itchy sometimes and it is MOSTLY on the stomach and back, but let go, it spreads. Nothing serious, you can't do anything about it, it just has to go away by itself. Could be anything, but that is the first thing that comes to mind.

I think you should go see your Dr. It could just be a simple skin virus. Sometimes things like that happen and it can be a simple little pill to make it go away.

It's possible that it is ringworm. Do any of the other people on your team have it? It is a contagious skin fungus, and commonly spreads through sports teams, especially wrestlers. But it could also be lots of other things. Go see a doctor, and they will be able to diagnose it and give you treatment.
