any advice?

Hiya, i have no idea where to write my problem as i have no idea what causes it so i will write it here.

the past week i have been getting what is like pins and needles in my hands and feet, not at the same time. its not quite like pins and needles but a little similar, i seem to be getting it a lot and when i do get it , it is not due to me sitting awkwardly and restricting the blood flow as i can get it when i am lying in bed.

i have alos noticed my chest seems really tight and my heart is pounding a lot!. it may be nothing, i am thinking it could be anxiety but i just want to double check

Yes it could be anxiety, but the true only way to tell is going to your doctor, especially since you are experiencing chest tightness and thumping heart (symptoms of anxiety also), but get it checked out first.

You should definately seek out a doctor to rule out any heart problems. Probably is just anxiety. Once that is ruled out and if the pins and needles feeling continues you should seek a nuerologist to make sure something isn't being compressed in your spine.
