Unhappy BAD BROW WAX! Please help ASAP!

I have always been tolded I have beautiful eyebrows, until yesterday! I decided that I would let them grow out for the past 2 weeks and then get them waxed, just so I wouldnt have ot pluck everyday. Plan worked well, until I went and got the wax job and now my once pretty brows are way to skinny and uneven! I fixed them best I could, but is there any tricks that anyone knows about to help them grow in faster and less noticable? And will they grow back the same? I have heard the you can rub male rogaine on them at night, but I went and asked the pharmacy and they said wherever you put it, it grows hair, and so if I sweat or something, it could cause hair growth on my eyelids! I am so sad and upset! Anyone know of anything that would help short of running away for awhile?

well, i dunno to be honest.........i guess u could help 'even them out' by using an eyebrow brush to pencil in bits.....many people have used this trick before. It's easy for me to say 'dont worry- they'll grow back in a shor while', coz i have messed up mine before and I end up tryin to scrape my hair over my face to hide them But, give the eyebrow pencil a go......and the hair trick

Re: BAD BROW WAX! Please help ASAP!

One lesson learned....your tweezing method is the best. Yes, they will grow in the same. One waxing won't change the folicle...only repreated tweezing or waxing of the same folicles will eventually fatigue them and they'll stop producing hair.

Change your eye makeup a bit and try the pencil or brow powder.

It'll take a few weeks before you see the shape starting to come in, you'll just have to be patient.

Rogaine is a serious med for people who are losing their hair...not for eyebrows....why go to extremes when it'll grow back. Patience seems to be longing. There are ways you can mask the mistake and consider it only once.
