Stretch Marks and toning for PS?

Ok, so i did a search on here and so many people said that Palmers Cocoa Butter was one of the best things to use. I have one here athome that is for stretch marks and for toning. Does anyone else have this one or used it? does it help the skin at all? Im planning on having PS in a few months but would like to tone up a bit if possible. I do work out as well. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Stretch Marks and toning for PS?

Like you I suffer from stretch marks.
What I do is use pure Vit.E tablets every morning, I break them open and mix them with a Vit. E Lotion. I've only been doing this for about a month and a half and it seems to have softened my skin really good. Also I do an exfolation massage once every two weeks, that has helped really good too, and it seems to help with toning the muscles in my stomach. I had a c-section and was left with a pouch, since doing the massage it has lifted and my upper muscles are toning nicely.

How do you do an exfolation massage?
