Unhappy shot gone wrong

Hi names sergio i just got a shot on my right buttock like 4 or 5 inches from the crack of my but. it was a size 23 gauge and put in 20ml of the medicine. now since i have it in i have this ball in me in the same location where the shot was given. its been 6 days and its still there pain going away little by little. its warm and its just a big lump, oh they had messed up the first time they had put in the needle, so they took it out and put it half an inch from the first site. what should i do. i need my leg back for basketball. the day after i got the shot i had lifted weights. can any one help me?

Re: shot gone wrong

You might have got an infection. The best theing to do is to go get it checked. If it red and warm those are signs of infection. You might just have a lump or bruse from the medicine or needle.
