st your back

Hi,
I'm planning tomorow to self tan my all body, for the 1st time ever!!! was doing my only my legs till now...
and was wondering how do you get to your back? it looks rather tricky to me, or should i take a few yoga lessons before selftanning?

Obviously, the easiest way is to have someone do it for you.

But if that's not possible, then you can go to Walmart, Target, or some place similar & buy a lotion applicator. They're usually in the bath & body dept. - they'll have a long handle. You just put some of the ST on the applicator & then apply it to your back. Don't worry so much about blending it in, just be sure that you cover all the areas.
