Unhappy back pain

I bent down and had a lot of pain in my lower back. My back is very stiff and I cannot bend down. I started to take Bayer Back & Body pills and was wondering if ibuprofen would be better. I have regular ibuprofen and prescription 800 mg ibuprofen also.

grams-
I'm not familiar with the Bayer product. Does it contain a muscle relaxant with the anti-inflammatory?

I always think ibuprofen is the best choice for pain, but that's just my opinion.

The Bayer has 500 mg of aspirin and 32.5 mg of caffine. I usually take ibuprofen also. It always worked for me but thought I would use the Bayer this time. I was just told by a friend that I could alternate between both medications so I am trying this method today but so far it hasn't helped. Guess it takes time. Thanks for your info. Peggy
