Question whats a good deep conditioner?

my hair is what I would call very processed. It has been colored numerous times, I'm always going from blonde (my natural color) to lighter blonde, to brown to red, back to brown, back to blonde....well you get the picture. Plus I use a blow dryer every time i'm out of the shower, sometimes I use a curling iron, sometimes a straightening iron, etc. etc. I want to get a really good deep conditioner, like one that is used once a week but i'm not sure what to get. Right now I just use any old shampoo or conditioner (as long as it's for damaged/treated hair) then I use infusium leave in conditioning spray, which I love, but my hair is still dry and not shiney. What deep conditioners do you use? which onces are worth the money and which ones are a rip-off? I don't really want to go to a salon and pay outrageous prices, i'm just looking for a simple brand I can buy at the drugstore. thanks!

My favorite at the drugstore is Suave's version of Humectress (can't remember the name suave gives it but it says right on the bottle that they're copying humectress). It has keratin and panthenol in it which do wonders to restore shine to my own colored, blow-dried, and straightened hair.

Thumbs up

I also am changing my hair color ALL THE TIME.

I swear by the Kenra products. You can get them at beauty supply stores. The one that works is the original Black Bottle products, not the new white bottle version. Get their 15minute conditioning treatment, and it works wonders. i also use the spray in detangler before blow drying and this makes my hair like silk. Don't get the spray in conditioner, it's horrible, get the detangler.

Hi, I know you said you dont want to get a salon product, but Id like to say that Biolage Conditioning Balm - I cant live without it!! It is a deep conditioner that can be used everyday, you can get a big thing of it for 16 bucks but it last a long time. Even if your hair is really fried, it will make your hair very soft and smooth.

Biolage Conditioning Balm is really good. Also, I think it is made by Rusk - it is called Deep Shine or something like that - it is made from Sea Kelp and comes in a funky green bottle.
