nose swelling never went down

ive never had any surgery, but several years ago my brother punched me in the nose, and it swelled up. i iced it several times shortly after but the swelling never went down. ive gotten hit on my nose a few other times after that and each time it swells even more and the swelling doesnt go away, leaving my nose really big and deformed. i really dont want surgery, so i was wondering if there are any home remedies to such a problem.

If the swelling never went down, then it really isn't swollen. There is something wrong. Maybe it is scar tissue. You should really have it checked out by a doctor.

yeah im thinking ill talk to my doctor about it. im thinking it could be something that runs in my family cause my sister and brother both have big noses like from gettin punched or falling off a bed in my sisters case. and i have several friends whove gotten punched on the nose and their swelling went away in a few days. :-\
