huge Probelm with facial!!!

Hello everyone!
I have a slight problem on my hands, I went and got a facial today and the facialist squeezed the s*** outta my face. She popped all my not so noticable whiteheads and pimples and now they are red and inflamed, and it looks like i had a HUGE breakout!!! Does any one know what to do in this case? Like how to reduce the swelling and redness of the squeezed pimples, or should I leave them alone? Please help , I have to face the public tomorrow and if this mess doesnt subside I will have to take the day off work and school..

Be very gentle... use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil, take Vitamin E which promotes healing, and perhaps even use Aloe Vera gel to help with the inflammation. A couple aspirin will reduce the redness and take down any swelling... good luck!

While you're waiting for the redness to go away, the best strategy is to use a concealer. I use Clean & Clear's medicated concealer stick, and it's made a huge difference in my appearance. You just dab it on and it turns the red spots to skin color, so they're not really noticeable. It has salicylic acid, too, to help heal the blemishes while you're hiding them. Good luck!
