Anyone ever have their nose enlarged?

I was wondering if there is such a thing as having your nose enlarged? My nose is small, thin and pointy and I would like to know if anyone has every had their nose rounded and fattened up?

I knew a girl in my high school who got her profile improved by taking it out because she had a very "pushed-in" nose. You should consult a surgeon (if it is really that important to you). I would recommend consulting someone experienced in revisions since lots of revisions require increasing the size of the nose in some way. It might require taking cartilage from your ears or ribs (like many revisions.)
