Earlier today I was laying on the couch and I swear my stomach made a horrible hissing noise, something akin to a shaken up bottle of Sprite being opened or something. Thing is, I'm not 100% sure the sound came from my stomach. My stomach does hurt a bit now, but nothing too major or abnormal, since I have stomach pain quite frequently. Has anyone ever heard a sound like this come from their stomach? Thanks.
