Angry Wrinkles

I've noticed that on my nose I have some wrinkles and they won't go away. I used to always make faces and srunch up my nose and my mom told me to stop b/c it would give me permanent wrinkles..I think she was right..I'm only in my teen yrs...What should I do? Are they permanent?

NO OFFENSE BUT YOU HAVE WAY TO MUCH TOME ON YOUR HANDS. YOU ARE ONLY A TEENAGER. WORRYING CAUSES WRINKLES SO REMEMBER TO RELAX. YOU WILL GET WRINKLES EVENTUALLY ANYWAY. SO ENJOY LIFE. THERE ARE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT. FIND INTEREST. PS. ALMOND OIL IS GREAT FOR SKIN. CHRISTIE

Yes I am a teenager and I do know how to enjoy life. I never said I spend all my time worrying about these wrinkles. They're not ruining my life but all I'm asking is how to get rid of them. And by the way, no offense taken.

P.S. Please don't try to insult me by saying I have too much time on my hands. That's like implying that I don't have a life. And I realize there are more important things in life to worry about. You don't have to point it out. And thanks for the tip about almond oil.

Avoid the sun like a plague and wear sun block everyday. I used to burn my skin trying to tan and had skin cancer removed twice. I am 37 and since I was early 30's I avoided the sun and wear a hat and block. I don't have any wrinkles except 3 deep lines from squinting on my forehead...your mom is right. I think it's good you're asking now, I wish I would have asked a lot sooner...maybe it would have kept me from getting skin cancer.
