symptoms
I joined this board specifically to ask advice about symptoms. I dont have any health coverage and so can't go see a doctor. I was wondering if someone could help me out by giving suggestions for what these might be, if they are seperate or all together, etc.
These are the symptoms:
1. always had severe headaches since a child, but they have gotten worse. Sometimes last for up to 2 days, and are usually between 2 hours and 1 day. Have them once a month or so sometimes more or, very rarely, less.
2. Uncontrollable twitching of bodyparts which started at 14 with just fingers twitching in my sleep or when I was going to sleep, then I began to have this uncontrollable twitching during the day time as well. One time I fell down the stairs and lost conciousness for a few secs, but was ok after that. Recently during the last year these symptoms have gotten worse, and I have twitching and falling down about 1nce per month, and uncontrollable twitching by itself off and on. After that episode at 15 with the stairs, I began to have memory loss and forgetfullness (cant remember where I am sometimes....I dont know if they are related), and dizzyness where I cant keep balance. This dizzyness happens often to me now with or without the twitching.
3. Eye problems: seeing floating specs which has occured since I was 9. Also spiderweb type thinggys and flashes of bright light when I open and close my eyes. They sometimes make images and move around. The flashes of light have happened since I was 9 too, but they are now bright flashes of bluish-white-purple light instead of pure red, and instead of staying in place they float all over. The specs are as if I am floating through space and seeing many different stars wizzing by, where as they used to be not fast and they were not so many.
4. White pus filled dots on the hands. What could these be or are they nothing? They are very small, pretty unnoticable, but sometimes they buldge and they are in clusters at times.
5. Sore throats for appearently no reason. I thought I might have a weak immune system in some way because skin doesnt heal very easy, and I get sick often and it takes a long while to get over it. I thought these soreness throat might be caused by bacteria from not brushing teeth (they are usually in the morning after waking up).
6. Constant dehydration even though I drink lots of water. I can drink galleons a day and still have a dry mouth and feel faint and such.
7. Fatigue. I sleep 12 hours but am always tired and sometimes just fall asleep wherever I am. This could be caused by my depression but dont know, cause I get it when I dont feel depressed sometimes.
Note: I have self diagnosed myself with these psyche disorders: OCD, AUTISM, SCHIZOPHRENIA/PARANOIA, SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER, CHRONIC/CLINICAL DEPRESSION. I diagnosed myself based on research for months, and both my parents and psychologists and people around me have noted that I probably have one or the other of these things. So if anyone knows what the others could be or if they are related to these things or what I am thankful.

Re: symptoms
You are correct in stating nobody here can diagnosis you. However, I would tend to think the dry/mouth sore throat can together be related that you are a "mouth" breather when you sleep, which leads to extremely dry mouth, and sore throat feeling in am's. The headaches since a child could be miagraines happening at very stressful times of your life. The tremors, I not sure of, if it was head trauma related from years back, it still could be showing signs.
It could be anxiety itself also.
However, there are health departments and clinics you can go to for an examination by a doctor. Please make every effort to see one this way.

Re: symptoms
Just thinking, but have you been tested for epilepsy? Not trying to scare you, but even without health insurance you can go to a county health dept & get some tests run, doesn't sound like something you should ignore if the symptoms have gotten worse & especially passing out.

Re: symptoms
In my opinion the psyche disorders you mentioned pretty much can have overlapping symptoms and causes, so it doesn't surprise me that you have symptoms from all of them. We are using vitamins and diet to treat our son who has a problem with psychosis. His isn't officially diagnosed with schizophrenia because we aren't taking him to a "regular" psychiatrist, but an orthomolecular psychiatrist. If you are interested in learning more about this approach you can do a search on schizophrenia orthomolecular. It is best to go to an orthomolecular doctor if you can afford and find one, but not everyone can and it never hurts to try taking vitamins or try changing your diet to see if it helps. Dietary changes are needed because some people have allergies to gluten or some other common food that they eat all the time or hypoglycemia can cause a lot of these symptoms or others, like my son, are affected by candida overgrowth. (candida also caused a lot short term memory loss and brain fog in my son, but that went away after he took diflucan to help kill the yeast. Have you ever in your life had a lot of antibiotics? This is how the candida problem starts for most people because the antibiotics kills the good bacteria in the digestive system and allows the candida which is normal to be there in small amounts to grow out of control.) If my son eats something with sugar in it two days later his symptoms are much worse.
As far as your other symptoms go, taking vitamin C should help with getting sick and also with the problem with skin healing. Do you know that inablility to heal is a sign of scurvy? A subclinical scurvy can be caused by a person not getting enough vitamin C. The illnesses and stresses you have can eat up a lot of vitamin C in your body. Cheap vitamin C works fine, but you should make sure to eat some fresh fruits and vegetables every day, too, because they have the bioflavniods and other things you need. Look up vitamin C bowel tolerance online to find out how to determine how much you need.
Another thing that can cause the problems with skin healing and weak immune system and also the fact that you have to drink so much water is diabetes. If you try the vitamin C for a few days (at bowel tolerance level) and it doesn't help, or if you don't want to try vitamin C you should be tested for diabetes. You should take sugar out of your diet anyway, because it makes most of the symptoms that you described worse anyway and it doesn't do any of us any good. Do you have to get up at night a lot to go to the bathroom? That can be a sign of diabetes, too, although I do that and I don't have it so it doesn't always mean that you have diabetes.
