Post-Op sleeping tips

Many experts recommend sleeping on your Left side at night.

Several also state that you should keep a pillow BETWEEN your knees or
underneath your top RIGHT leg. How does this properly benefit the spine?

Not sure but i do know the first month i had alot of trouble laying down had pain no matter what i tried

So i ended up sleeping in a recliner which worked out much better for me

by month two i used pillows for support and on the sides

it does get better but takes a while
