Thumbs up Somthing That Could Help

Might be a little expensive (about 50 to 150 bucks a treatment) depending on where you go and what they do.

Here is the deal. Go to a beauty salon or a skin studio type place - yes even guys - and ask for a monthly glycolic peel treatment for the face.

What they do is wash your face, peel away dead overlying cells with the glycolic peel (which burns and makes your face red for 48 hours) and add different vitamins and what not to the face after the peel.

This treatment takes about 20 to 40 minutes and your skin does not breakout for about 1 month. Amazing the years of dirt and oil they get out per monthly treatment. You feel really good.

Then all you do is go back in 1 month and do it again once your face feels it is time.

Been doing it for over 1 year and everything is just fine. Pretty much clear.

My routine includes BP Face Wash and Salycylic Acid 2% Pads & Glycolic Acid 5% Pads day and night. Nothing else. The more simpler the better. Wash it w/ water during the day. No formulas. No food factors. No pills. Just plain and simple WASH AND PAD backed up with a monthly trip to the SKIN SALON.......
