I am thinking of buying zone pilates and was wondering if anyone has tried it and what thier thoughts on it was. Would you reccomend it?
Im just started taking cla and thought that i should probably add some kind of exercise in with it. i have a gym membership but its just too hard for me to get there most of the time.. btw working and school. and since with this, you can do it at your own home.. i figured maybe i should try it.
