which specification of CLA is the right one?

I have heard of the liquid, pills, certain ammount of mgs, wat to look for in it, wat not to look for in it, how many should we take a day? And stuff like that, Lets just have a thread to inform people of CLA right off the bat, the other one is way too big to go through over 40 pages on 56k! takes so long to load a page. Im sure other people have this question too, can some1 clarify it for us? Thanks a lot.

Re: which specification of CLA is the right one?

I talked to 2 different personal trainers, who told me that you should take 3000 mg a day - for me that is 3 pills. And they told me that it doenst matter if it is in pill form or liquid form.
Not sure if anyone else has heard anything different. But this is the info i was given. Hope it helps
