chest burning

today im feeling chest burning and feel like something is in my throat.
whats going on? i was just diagnosed with lung and heart infection and on meds. any thoughts would help.

With proven lung and heart inflammations/infections I would EXPECT some chest pain. I presume you are on some heavy duty antibiotics. Maybe ask your doctor for some potent pain meds til you get the infections under control.
