It can be to some people. i became both emotionally and physically addicted to ULTRAM . It basicaly ruined my life. I refer it to the little white devil. All ultracet is part ultram and part tylanol sp.

If you take a couple and feel that warm cozy feeling and the old itchy nose thing, you could be like me and get hooked fast because they are so easy to get.
