Woke Up from a nightmare....

....so i was pretty scared to start out with, it was one of those really bad ones that you can remember.....well long story short, i woke up with neck and colar bone pain, also had upper back pain a little, my PVC's were a tad wiered, they would be every other second and sometimes every 7 or 8, more unusual.
Oh....did i mention i sleep on a couch? Yes i do sleep on a couch, i have for a long time. The pvcs and back pain got better when i got up and moved around and really woke up, then sat down. but when i sit up straight my back pain would worsen (pinched nerve deal), and it got worse when i streched my arms back to crack my back in the top middle...(pinched nerve deal) should i at all be worried about this? I mean theres no chest pain, the pvc's spread out when i got up and moved around, and i got only that upper back/neck/shoulder/blade and little bit of arm pain thats not even really there on the right side, prolly an extention from a nerve. HELP ~_~
