Both benedryl and dramamine have worked really well for me, but they do make you sleepy. They have a less drowsy form of dramimine which I haven't tried, so that may be worth a try.

I think the best is a homeopathic remedy-- "Ipecacuanha" taken as it says on the container. This remedy is used for perssitant nausea as well as vomiting. You can buy it at a health food store. It has no side effects!!!

Harry,

I thought ipecacuanha induces vomiting and is an emetic as opposed to anti-emetic
Can you clarify?

Thanks for your replys! I am not a great beleiver in homeopathy, they water down a tiny piece of herb/poison under it is basically water so i think it only works when people really believe it does.

I tried slippery elm too, its used to heal mucus membranes. I dont have any damage in my stomach so it didnt help! think its nerve pain.

Anyone tried bonine? meclizine?

Thanks xx
