Unhappy Extremely worried...please respond as soon as you can!

Symptoms:

Lower Back Pain(i cant feel it normally, but if i stand up, it's very much there, like a compression.)
Heart Pounding like mad since Friday afternoon, I had lost alot of breath, had pushing chest pains, and I felt I was never going to make it...
ECG was normal, and listening to my heart, the doctor said he heard nothing abnormal and sent me home as having an "anxiety" attack.
I survived through yesterday....pain wasnt as bad as today, went to sleep.

Awoke this morning, with my heart racing, but feeling really weak. It stopped not much longer after, and began to beat still hard, but more normal feeling then it was.
Lower left half of my abdomen pulses the hardest, and has caused burning like pain on my skin a few times over this while. It feels like it's going to bust.
Abdominal Aorta is very tender and pounding constantly. It seems as if it's gotten a bit bigger, but I am also alot smaller then I used to be, so.

My heart feels as if it's weakening with every hour, but Im still going(probably because im 20). It worries me so much, considering I know the fact it is not anxiety, because it has not gone away, with 3 ativans taken in the last two days. No symptom relief what soever..

All this, leads me to believe that I have to have some sort of Aortic, or Renal(considering that it's on my lower back....and the abdominal aorta always bounds anyways..) dissection.

I'd like if anyone could please shed some light on this maybe for me.
Because I'd like to get to the ER again if I really can expect this.
or stop worrying about it if it indeed is nothing.

But I dont think thats the case,,

Please msg as soon as you can.

Thank you, Roger.

Re: Extremely worried...please respond as soon as you can!

If you're thin you will see the pulsations of the aorta in the upper half of the abdomen- I can on myself. The aorta divides before the left lower half of the abdomen so what ever you are feeling it is not the aorta. Of course you are anxious your circulation becomes more vigourous so the pulsations of arteries will become more visible. Your attacks do sound anxiety-related to me.

Problems with an abdominal aortic aneurysm usually have no symptoms until ready to rupture. Your symptoms do sound most like anxiety related. Post on the panic and anxiety website, you should get good advise there.
