Spondylolisthesis (sp?) Questions

I am lucky I do not have this but my Aunt who I love TONS does, she has had this forever and the pain is getting so bad she can't walk down the hallways anymore. Her husband had some strokes and she doesn't want the surgery so she can take care of him and she is the type of person who doesn't really like being helped she likes to be the helper. Is there any homepathic things or anything that can help her besides surgery. The chiropractor doesn't even help her anymore. Please help if you can!!!
