I did actually. I should add, I got the majority of my pain on the sides of the ribcage then in the middle part.
Cold seemed to be one of them. I found if I was outside on a cooler day I would be fine, until I came in and warmed up. The cold seemed to make the pain worse, but if I put a hot water bottle on it, I would feel better.
Another was if I didn't wear a bra (I wasn't sure by your username if you were female or not). I'm not even sure why that was. I just know that it did cause pain if I went without for a period of time.
The other one which seemed to cause the most was sleeping with my arms tucked in. Again, I don't know why. I just know when I slept with my hands under my head, I'd be fine but if I slept with my arms more into my body it made it alot worse.
Stress also caused it to flair up as well. Having an anxiety problem on top of that doesn't help. I would have panic attacks which caused me to throw up and that would make it hurt 10x more then anything else.
That's about all I can think of. Like I said, for a couple of them I don't know why it made it appear, but it constantly did.
