Water is the key

There is a commercial that airs around my area alot, its about WATERCURES, PILLS KILL. And they always say that you could pick up the free book at a local car repair shop or something.
It really didn't seem like it was worth it, but I talked to my Father In Law and asked him about it and he said it works really good if you do it correctly.

Well I went on the website and what it basically said was that your body becomes majorly hydrated even if you have one caffeine drink and it takes alot of water just to replenish that. So what it recommends is that you must drink half your weight in water. Meaning for example since I am 140 ( actually 139 but I evened it out) so I have to drink 70oz of water to keep my body hydrated, and it also says to put I think a teaspoon of SEA SALT, not table salt, pure sea salt in 1/4 of those 70ozs. I have the website if anyone is interested but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it.

It says it cures weight loss, so I am going to try it considering that I need to start drinking a little more water anyway.

Re: Water is the key

Water is not the only key, but it is an important strategy in a healthy diet and improving overall health. Personally I drink nothing but pure filtered water and I drink lots of it. I never consume any other beverage.

Still it is important to apply other healthy eating habits to your lifestyle.

Re: Water is the key

I agree with jd, it plays a very important role in aiding weight loss. But it doesn't "cure" it. The only "cure" is plain, old fashioned hard work; a healthy diet combined with regular activity, whether it's intensive workouts or housework.

"your body becomes majorly hydrated even if you have one caffeine drink..."

I assume you meant to type "DEhydrated even if you have one caffeine drink".
Remember we were fish once so water is very important!!! LOL...

Plus it works great to filter all the junk out of your system.
