There is this one smoothie that i absolutely LOVED while I was losing weight:
3-4 large frozen strawberries
a couple pieces from frozen mixed fruit bag (I think it contains honeydew, cantelope and peaches. Don't put any grapes it, they make is sour)
one small container of low fat or fat free yogurt ( I prefered vanilla, but some of my friends thought that was too sweet and chose plain)
a scoop of fat free frozen sherbert (I liked orange)
splash of pineapple juice.
Sounds like a pain in the butt, i know. But the taste is amazing, and if you use fat free yogurt and sherbert, you aren't really eating more than a couple pieces of fruit and getting in a serving of calcium. Some people add slim fast or similar powders to this, but I found I lost weight without them.
