Best Topicals ??

What are the best topicals out right now??
( Retin-A, Differn, BP, etc )

Interested in knowing which ones have produced the best results!!

I have had awesome results with this med:
Sodium Sulfacetamide 10% Sulfer 5%- It is cheap too! ( I have very oily skin and was getting stress related adult acne cysts). Not only did this med clear those up, but regular acne too(had very little though). I will occasionally get a pimple during my cycle, but for the most part, my face is now clear. I also use neutrogena products-foaming facial cleanser, oil controlling astringent and sometimes the antibacterial astringent.

Benzaclin is a good topical because it drys the bumps up good.

I love Differin cream. My skin is super sensitive and its very gentle. No zits but I still have blackheads, which are now going away since I've added Rosac. Same thing the person above mentioned (10% sodium sulfacetamide, 5% sulfur). Its a little drying for me but worth it.
