Trimspa problems?

Is anyone aware of health problems caused by Trimspa? I know it probably doesn't work, but I know someone who is taking it, and I want to make sure she is being safe...

The only know side effects from trimspa is decreased appetite.

I've been hearing alot about this Trimpspa lately. What is it? A diet pill, herbs?
