I feel really gross today. I woke up with a stomach ache, but I ate breakfast anyway (I didn't know if I should or not)...egg beaters and cottage cheese.
For lunch I had turkey slices (a lot) wrapped with avocado (1/4 of one) and goat cheese, a handful of cashews, a lowcarb crunch bar, and a slim a bear fudge pop.
I feel like my lunch was really random and eclectic and I would have much rather had a balanced, set meal. I always feel gross/fat after I eat random stuff. Ewwwwwwwwwwwww.....
