What a great positive attitude to have! I wish I could think that way everyday, but you're so right, there is always to much to worry about in this world that it will literally drive you crazy. But, trying to keep a positive mindset does help a little.
To me it seems like the people who get anxiety and have anxiety problems are all people with similar personalities. We are people who are not only intensee people, but are deep, sensitive, loving, caring, emotional and vulnerable all at the same time. Our sensitive feelings towards so many different experiences and things in this world overloads us, therefore causing anxiety.
This being said, to have a positive outlook and attitude can only help us with all the craziness.
