Smile Introducing myself

Hello everyone!

I'm Amy and my husband and I are TTC. I sound like I'm in one of those 'anonymous' clubs!

My most fertile time is Oct 28-Nov 2 this month. DH thinks that he and I can have 'relations' once a month and that should be sufficient to get pregnant.

I have since told him that it could take months to a year or more to get pregnant, so hopefully he'll heed my warning and give in a bit more!

I'm 34 and I already have one son, Scott Danger (yes, that really is his middle name), and I'm hoping to get pregnant ASAP.

Nice to meet you all and I look forward to talking to you!

Re: Introducing myself

Welcome amy42601,

We are all in the same boat here and ttc. myself with not much luck I enjoy the practice but i think im driving DH up the wall as i try to BD every other day (when my temps are high!) and once we have finnished i place my legs up onto the wall (the gravity theory) he says its not very flattering, i can see his point lol.
Just wanted to say best of luck to you and hopefully you will get BFP soon.
Take care, love sammie xx

Re: Introducing myself

Hi Amy!

I am most fertile the same exact dates as you this cycle! In fact, I just got a positive opk this morning so we will really be trying tonight and the next couple of nights. This is our first month ttc and it will be our first child.

Our DHs just don't understand the complexity of our bodies, do they?? My DH thinks we will have no problem getting pregnant on the first couple of trys. I am trying to tell that it may take longer. I hope not, but it might.

Anyhow, Good luck! We'll all be awaiting results around the same time as well. Keep us posted!

Re: Introducing myself

HELLO I am 24 and hubby is 29 and we are trying for our first 1. We have been trying since aug. I wish you the best of luck.
I do not want my hubby to think i am using him for his little swimmers haha so when I sense he is feeling used instead of the same old kissy stuff I will put on something sexy and set a nice mood instead of " come on I think I am ovulating" hahahahahahahah
I hope you find this site as usefull as I have. The women here are the best and it is such a great place to come and read other peoples stories and questions and get a few answers of your own. GOOD LUCK

Racheal

Re: Introducing myself

Hi Amy

I'm new here too...I was over on the pregnancy board for awhile until I discovered this one!
Isn't it kind of funny that suddenly us women are the ones that want sex all the time! Not that my hubby is complaining, but I think he may feel a little put out that I only want so much sex when I'm ovulating! Ha ha. We did start out saying we weren't going to stress about it...it will happen when it happens. Well now that we've started, I have to admit I have not been following that plan! Now I can't wait for it to happen.
Good luck to you, and everyone here!
Laurie
