Question after surgury

last tuesday i went in to have a fistulotomy. it's know sunday and I'm still hurting when I use the restroom and its still oozing stuff. It doesn'tsmell anymore but I thought surgury would clean everything up. How long does it take for this to heal? and what about the fissure, it's still there and I don't think the surgion did anything to that. How long does that take to heal? anyone please ! sincerely TMAYS

Hi,

It could take up to a week to heal at least, as it is in a sensitive area.

Arnica is very good for healing and will help to speed this up. I would suggest that you buy some and you can take it twice daily to help speed up the process.
