Are you taking any yogurt with acidophius culture or a probiotic supplement??? The intestinal flora may still be out of balance. Until the intestinal bacteria gets in balance ---you can readily have gas and bloating!!!

Sometimes a high fiber diet can actually cause stomach upset, gas, and bloating in individuals who are intolerant to certain ingredients in high fiber foods. Such as gluten. Also other foods you are eating may also be the culprit. Many people are intolerant to dairy products. Try eliminating certain foods one at a time to see which foods are the culprit.

You know it sort of sounds like a gastrointestinal infection. You may want to ask your doctor to do a white blood count to see if you have a colon infection.

Lower abdomenal bloating and pain rearly go away on their own. You have to identify the problem and get treated!!!

Take care---Harry
