Unhappy Hemmeriod/Piles Question, please help.

hi all, this is kind of an embarassing question, but i will go ahead with it. I have a history of internal hemmeriods last year that hurt and bleed but this is something different. Last thursday after a BM i noticed my anus felt like it still had a mass inside it. I have had this feeling in my anus that feels like a mass sitting inside it, i cant feel anything so I dont know what it is. When i sit down i noticed it more. Its almost feels like someone has there finger up my butt.

Another thing is it also feels like my anus is buzzing, throbbing(heartbeat) everytime i move my head in either direction or chin down. This all started on thursday

This buzzing, fullness really scares me. nothing hurts or bleeds like typical hemmeriods and im confused. Im scared it could be anal cancer of a tumor in my spine since when i move my head i feel the vibration in my anal region.

Thanks
Chris

Chris,
It sounds like a clotted hemorrhoid that can develop into Thrombosed hemorrhoid that comes out---is very painful and needs to be treated by a Doctor. In the mean time use Preparation H Suppositories. They may help the inflammation.

I am a big believer in using Psyllium husk ---a water soluble fiber --- like Metamucil. It makes you regular and have gentle BMs so you don't get roids. Straining when you have a BM is one of the causes of hemorrhoids !!!
God Bless---Harry
