How soon can I test?

How soon after conceiving can you test? I am going to use a 1st response. I know i have to be, because Im having every symptom.

The general rule of thumb is that you can test when you havemissed your period. However some women can get a positive 4 days before their missed period eith certain tests...but not always. And some women take even longer to get a positive then when they miss their period. It just depends on how much pregnancy hormone is in the women's body.

How many days past ovulation are you? What are your symptoms?
