I know what Percoset is, it has 325 mg of Tylenol with 5 mgs Oxycodone. What I'm referring to is Roxicodone. It comes in tablet form 5, 15, and 30 mg strengths. I know because I've had all of them to use as breakthrough medication when I was on Oxycontin. This is pure Oxycodone with nothing else in it. Check with your pharmacy, where you get your scripts filled. They may have to look it up, but I know without a doubt it is available.
Purdue Pharma also makes an oral solution that is 20Mg per 1 Ml dose, but it really sounds to me like you would GREATLY benefit from being on Oxycontin 40Mg q8h although some PM drs will only RX q12h dosing on Oxycontin because of all the fuss Purdue made. You'd find your pain relief much, much smoother with a longer lasting pain med. which in turn lets you live life in longer than 4 hour intervals.
