Oxygen Bar

Has anyone ever visited an oxygen bar? We did over the weekend and felt great. A little refreshing air can give you better brain function, energy, and just general feeling of well being. I used it for 10 minutes but some people use it for 20. I also slept great that night. Our air is only 21% oxygen now (in 1900 it was 40%). I guess this is due to the ozone and pollution. But I would definitely recommend it!!

Re: Oxygen Bar

I have never heard of such a thing!! How did you find one? I've also heard that oxygen therapy is used to treat cancer patients in some European countries, have you ever heard of that?

Re: Oxygen Bar

Yes, these are springing up in the more major cities; Europe's ahead of us. I think it's a great idea. We're sooooooo deficient in O2. I had to leave San Diego because of the lack of it.

It's better if you're near the ocean, trees, mountains, etc., but still hard to get enough. And if affects "everything" in our body; just like good ole clean water!!
